Dependent Care Assistance Plan

The Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP) allows you to set aside a portion of your salary from each paycheck (up to a maximum of $7,500 per year) into a special account. This money is not taxed and may be used to reimburse you for dependent care expenses for children (daycare) or older dependents who are physically and/or mentally incapable of self-care. You must submit the appropriate supporting documents to receive reimbursement. Contributions must be made in consecutive months starting with your first paycheck of the year.
