Medical Reimbursement Plan

The Medical Reimbursement Plan (MRP) allows you to set aside a portion of your salary from each paycheck (up to a maximum of $3,400 annually) into a special account. This money is not taxed and may be used to reimburse you for the eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses you incur throughout the year. You must submit the appropriate claims and supporting documents to receive reimbursements. The MRP allows you to pay for certain health and dental expenses that are not covered by insurance such as co-payments, deductibles, orthodontia, eyewear and hearing devices.
