Copyright Ownership

The law provides copyright protection to software developers. Unauthorized copying or use of software or documentation is prohibited, against Bryant University policy, and can result in civil and criminal liability. Except as expressly provided for in the pertinent software license agreement, no individual is authorized to make copies of copyrighted material. Questions regarding licensing agreements should be directed to the Information Technology Department.
