Substance Free Workplace Policy

Bryant University is committed to maintaining a work environment that is healthy, safe, and secure for all colleagues. Employees struggling with substance abuse or addiction are encouraged to seek assistance through the Employee Assistance Program or through their medical insurance provider.

Bryant University prohibits the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit substances by students and employees on its property or as part of its activities. Where there is evidence of a violation of the law, law enforcement officials will be contacted immediately.
